DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a festival… with your pet! The Pets and Pumpkins Family Festival is the largest pet parade in the area! The downtown square will have tons of fun with fall-themed activities\, vendors\, and a festive fall atmosphere. Your family (pets included!) will be sure to love the Pets and Pumpkins Family Festival! \n  \n \n  \nWhat’s at the festival? \nWith paid admission\, the attendees can take part in a costume contest and a walking parade! The costume parade line-up starts at 2:15p.m. on Park Central East next to Civil Kitchen \nAfter you pay the admission fee\, you can take part in all activities with no extra cost! \nAny vendor stalls will sell products not included in the event. \n  \nPet details \nAll local city ordinances on pets apply. Meaning pets must be leashed. \nThere will be pet and family-friendly vendors focused on both pet’s and people’s needs! This includes things like pet food and toys and other product and food stations for the non-kibble eaters in case you want a snack too. So make sure to bring some extra cash! \nThere will be water stations throughout the festival so don’t worry about your pet getting over heated. \n  \nHow much does it cost?\nThere’s so much to do for a good price for you and your furry friends.\nPer person: $2\nPer pet: $2\nFor any age and any pet! \nTickets will be purchased at the gate. \n  \nWhen is it? \nSaturday\, October 18\, 2025\, at 11 am–4 pm \nPets & Pumpkins is a “Rain or Shine” event meaning it will not be canceled due to inclement weather. \n  \nWhere is it? \nDowntown Square\, Springfield\, MO \n  \nWhere Should I Park? \nThere will be various spots for you to park throughout Downtown Springfield.
