Helpful Tips!
It may be a good idea to bring a stroller for the comfort and safety of younger children. Some vendors may be cash only, so plan accordingly. ATMs will not be provided onsite, so it’s best to bring cash from home if you’re planning on making any purchases. Pets are welcome for the Doxie Dash and Chicken Pageant, but if your animal isn’t participating in competitions, please leave them at home, as city ordinance prohibits animals at public events. The event itself, as well as several contests, are free but some competitions may charge for entry. Bear City Fall Festival takes place in downtown Willow Springs and encompasses 4 city blocks. If navigating from out of town, use 209 E Main St. to get you to the event. Willow Springs asks that you do not park in alleyways in order to maintain accessibility for emergency personal. For more information, or if you would like to sign up as a vendor, please visit their event website and Facebook page.
