On September 27-28, the Fair Grove Historical and Preservation Society hosts the annual Heritage Reunion on Main Street near the historic Wommack Mill in downtown Fair Grove. This beloved free event draws tens of thousands of visitors each year, offering a unique celebration of craftsmanship and community spirit. In Fair Grove, quality isn’t a compromise, it’s a promise. The event prohibits the sale of commercial or mass-produced items, ensuring everything sold is high-quality and handmade! So come on down and browse hundreds of artisan booths, enjoy local food, and catch a collection of live musical performances throughout the weekend!
It may be a good idea to bring a stroller for the comfort and safety of younger children. There are likely to be longer traffic lines on Saturday until early afternoon. Later on Saturday and all of Sunday the traffic lines are likely to be shorter. Some vendors may be cash only, so plan accordingly. The parade starts at Fair Grove High School on Saturday at 10am and runs 45-60 minutes. Lawn chairs are encouraged! The parade will follow Orchard Street, Highway 125 and Main Street. If you have an old car, truck or tractor you are encouraged to come to the High School at 8am to join in the parade. There is no entry fee. If you choose to have walkers next to your entry handing out treats, please refrain from throwing items as they could cause injury.
